Refund policy

Subscription Terms & Billing Authorization: By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are enrolling in an automatic recurring billing plan. Your initial purchase and all subsequent renewals automatically default to a 28-day delivery frequency consisting of one (1) single unit per cycle, billed at the standard rate of $49.95 plus $7.95 Shipping & Handling ($57.90 total per cycle), unless a higher product subscription quantity was manually selected during your initial checkout.

Subscription Modifications & Upgrades: If you completed your checkout with the default single-unit configuration and wish to upgrade to a higher-tiered monthly product bundle to receive additional units on a recurring basis, you must contact our support team via email to execute this adjustment manually.

Frequency Controls, Pausing, and Cancellation: Subscribers maintain full control over their delivery intervals. You may self-manage your shipment schedules within your customer account portal to extend your delivery frequency to a 56-day or 84-day interval. Alternatively, schedule adjustments can be processed by contacting support. You may request to pause or completely cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billings. All modification, upgrade, pause, or cancellation requests handled outside of the self-service portal must be submitted directly to our customer support team at support@goldsealsupplements.com prior to your next scheduled billing date.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable

  • Product returns are not required and not accepted

Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date.

 

Non-Eligible Refunds

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted outside of the 30-day guarantee period

  • Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 30-day window

  • Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the 30-day period has passed

  • Requests made outside the stated policy terms

No exceptions are made beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee.

 

Subscriptions

  • If your order includes a subscription, it is the customer’s responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription within the 30-day guarantee period. Subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds.
    Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their subscription prior to renewal, and failure to do so does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  • Subscription Orders. Gold Seal Supplements offers consumers products that can be purchased through a subscription (“subscription”), which will automatically renew unless canceled. If you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged through the payment method you provide every 30 days, or at the delivery cadence of your choosing (“billing period”). You expressly agree that by submitting your initial order you accept and are agreeing to the terms of the auto-renewal offer and understand the Subscription Policy.
  • Cancellation of Subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid a recurring charge you must cancel your subscription by the last day of your billing period. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so by contacting our customer happiness team at support@goldsealsupplements.com. All cancellations are effective on the last day of billing period.
  • Billing Information for Subscriptions. You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for promptly updating all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (e.g., change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is cancelled or is no longer valid. Changes to such information can be made on the customer portal or contacting a customer service representative.
